Marketing for Georgia HVAC contractors

Georgia HVAC shops live with brutal summers, a real shoulder, and metros that will eat an unlimited Google budget if you do not fence it. This page is for contractors, not a fake Atlanta headquarters.

I grew an electric and HVAC shop with my own marketing spend. Real tests, not theory. How Lead Junkies got built.

Atlanta-area keywords are a different sport

Search for HVAC in metro Atlanta is expensive, messy, and full of national aggregators. Rural Georgia and smaller metros are a different auction with different close rates and different truck times. Blanket “Georgia HVAC” ads without a map are how you buy Gwinnett when you actually run Valdosta — or the reverse.

I will not door-way every suburb you might someday serve. Local pages and Google geos only where you really dispatch. If your techs will not take a job past a certain loop, the campaign should not either.

Heat pumps and a shoulder that shows empty trucks

Georgia is not Florida. You have a cooling season that pays the bills and a shoulder where memberships, tune-ups, and replacement conversations have to work or the lot fills with parked vans. Heat pumps and dual-fuel setups change the creative: a summer-only no-cool reel is incomplete.

Meta and TikTok can carry the membership offer. Google still owns “AC not cooling” in July. SEO should cover both repair and the maintenance queries you actually want. Empty trucks in April are not a branding problem. They are a calendar problem. I wrote a whole page on that.

No invented Atlanta office

Lead Junkie is not a Peachtree storefront. Phone 786-910-6062. Email joeyleadjunkie@gmail.com. TikTok @joeymarketing_homesvs. If you own a Georgia HVAC company with capacity, get a quote. Bring spend, close rate, and who answers after 5 — Atlanta traffic does not wait on a voicemail.

FAQ

Can you run ads only outside Atlanta?
Yes. We fence Google and Meta to the counties you staff. Metro Atlanta is optional, not required.
