Marketing for North Carolina HVAC contractors

North Carolina HVAC contractors deal with a serious cooling season, a real heat cycle, and suburbs that grow faster than dispatch. Marketing has to respect both AC repair intent and replacement conversations — and it should not doorway every Triangle suburb you do not serve.

I grew an electric and HVAC shop with my own marketing spend. Real tests, not theory. How Lead Junkies got built.

Growth metros vs the counties you actually run

Raleigh-Durham, Charlotte, the Triad — keyword prices and competitor density are not the same as a mountain or eastern county. New rooftops mean new changeout conversations. They also mean Google Ads that will happily spend in a city your techs cannot hit by 5pm.

SEO pages for cities you do not serve waste crawl and trust. Same for LSA service areas. We only talk markets you actually run. That is the opposite of the mill that publishes 80 “HVAC in [suburb]” pages overnight.

You sell heat here. The ads should.

Unlike South Florida, North Carolina HVAC shops have a heating season that is not a footnote. Heat pumps, furnaces, “no heat” search — if your Meta creative is only summer no-cools, January will look like the channel “stopped working.” Plan clips before the cold front. Google campaigns should split no-cool and no-heat instead of one catch-all HVAC ad group.

Humidity still matters in much of the state. IAQ and “house can’t keep up” are not Florida-only problems. Memberships in the shoulder keep trucks from sitting. I do not list a fake Raleigh office. Call 786-910-6062 or get a quote.

FAQ

Do you build a page for every NC suburb?
No. Local pages and ads only where you roll trucks. Doorway suburbs are junk SEO.
