Lead Junkie

FAQ

Straight answers for HVAC contractors.

If you want guaranteed junk volume from a marketplace, I'm not your guy. More in the blog and on services.

Who is this for?
HVAC contractors in the Southeast — shops with trucks, a phone, and capacity. That’s the primary audience. Other home-service owners in the same markets can still reach out; I’m not a generic plumbing-and-electrical agency. If you want rented marketplace leads with a guaranteed volume, I’m not your guy.
Did you actually grow a company this way?
Yes. I spent $750,000 of my own money on marketing while running my electric and HVAC business — teaching myself what works and what doesn’t. That shop went from $2.1 million to $7 million. Real spend, real tests. That’s my company (Air Quality AC is a separate brand), not a Lead Junkie client case study. Lead Junkie is for HVAC contractors in the Southeast.
Do you only work with HVAC contractors?
Yes. That’s the focus. I run an HVAC shop of my own (Air Quality AC is a separate brand). The ads, SEO, and follow-up on this site are built for HVAC contractors. Other home-service owners can still reach out, but I’m not trying to be a generic agency for every trade.
Is this a lead marketplace?
No. I don’t sell shared leads. We build ads, SEO, and follow-up for your company. The conversation is yours.
What do you actually run?
Meta Ads (forms vs Messenger), TikTok Ads, Google Ads and Local Services Ads, SEO, and HVAC websites. Follow-up is part of whether any of that is worth running.
Forms or Messages?
Depends. A simple HVAC offer plus fast follow-up can live on Instant Forms. Changeouts and jobs that need a back-and-forth usually belong in Messenger — if someone actually replies. We’ll pick it on the call, not from a blog post.
Do you list prices on the site?
No public price list. HVAC contractors in the Southeast: get a quote or talk about your shop — market, what you’re spending, who answers the phone. I’ll tell you if ads or SEO are even worth running.
Do you guarantee a number of leads?
No. Guaranteed “leads” is usually junk with a bow on it. We track booked conversations and jobs. If your offer, market, or follow-up is the bottleneck, I’ll say that before we light money on fire.
