HVAC marketing agency
An HVAC marketing agency that was built on a shop, not a pitch deck
Lead Junkie is Joey Donohue’s HVAC marketing agency for contractors in the Southeast. I spent $750,000 of my own money growing an electric and HVAC business from $2.1 million to $7 million. Then I started running the same channels for other HVAC owners: Meta, TikTok, Google, SEO, and sites that can actually catch a click.
I grew an electric and HVAC shop with my own marketing spend. Real tests, not theory. How Lead Junkies got built.
What an HVAC marketing agency should actually do
If an agency cannot tell a 5pm no-cool from a planned changeout, they will buy you the wrong conversation. HVAC marketing is not a generic home-service template with a snowflake swapped for a condenser. The offer, the creative, the landing page, and the follow-up have to match the job.
Lead Junkie does not sell shared HVAC leads. We build ads, SEO, and follow-up for your company so the phone call is yours. Other home-service shops in the same markets can still get a quote. HVAC is the work I’ll actually design for.
- Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) — forms vs Messenger on purpose
- TikTok Ads — organic that already worked, then spend
- Google Ads and Local Services Ads — people already searching
- SEO and HVAC websites — pages for the work you actually run
How I learned this
I did not buy a course and rebrand it as an HVAC marketing agency. I ran trucks. I spent $750,000 of my own money on marketing while the electric and HVAC shop went from $2.1 million to $7 million. Air Quality AC is a separate brand. The numbers on this site that mention booked customers from Meta or a $700 test are from my shop and my TikTok — not Lead Junkie client logos.
That’s why the voice is contractor, not agency-speak. If follow-up is dead, I will tell you ads are a waste before we light a budget.
Who this is for
HVAC contractors in the Southeast with trucks, a phone, and capacity. If you want a guaranteed volume of marketplace names, I’m not your guy. If you want someone who has actually paid to learn which HVAC ads book and which ads fill a junk CRM, get a quote.
What we actually run (no public prices)
Meta Ads — Instant Forms vs Messenger on purpose, creative that started organic, audiences fenced to the counties you dispatch. TikTok Ads — film the job, then spend on clips that already moved. Google Ads and Local Services Ads — repair vs replacement vs maintenance, negatives for DIY, a phone that can take the lead. HVAC SEO and HVAC website design — pages for the jobs you run, click-to-call, a form that emails you.
Follow-up is part of whether any of that is worth lighting. Speed-to-lead, missed-call text-back, estimate reactivation. If the list is dead, I will say ads are a waste before we scale. Call 786-910-6062. Email joeyleadjunkie@gmail.com. TikTok @joeymarketing_homesvs.
