Follow-up
HVAC estimate follow-up that does not sound like software
You already paid for the lead, the drive, and the quote. Then it dies in a thread. HVAC contractors do not have a lead problem as often as they have an estimate graveyard. The sequence should sound like your shop.
I grew an electric and HVAC shop with my own marketing spend. Real tests, not theory. How Lead Junkies got built.
Same week, not “circle back”
A changeout quote that sits until next month is a gift to the next company. Text. Call. A human. Not a 14-email drip that says “just checking in” from a marketing cloud. If you do not have permissioned email, use SMS and the phone — legally, like a contractor, not a blaster.
Then decide if you need more ads
If the pipeline is full of unworked quotes, buying Meta or Google is paying twice. That is the reactivation conversation. I will look at that on the quote call before we talk about scaling HVAC lead generation.
